The chowder was excellent, the service was very friendly, and they have a ton of fancy groceries in addition to the meal service. Definitely worth a visit.

Delicious! Very friendly staff, clean, and some of the best pulled pork around! The variety of smoked salmon is pretty good too. If you haven't tried their brisket chili, it's a must! Highly recommend!

Brisket Mac and cheese is incredible! We also tried the Tuna Melt, best tuna I’ve ever had! The salads are very tasty, with fresh Romaine lettuce and a variety of fun toppings. Very good honey mustard dressing. Lots of cool gifts and affordable fun stuff to buy. Smoked meats and cheeses. Good place for meetings as they have an upper floor that is fairly private.

The Salmon Mac and Cheese here is to die for . A perfect mix of flavors that just melt in your mouth. We could not get enough of it . Besides mouth watering food they have such a great mix of local products from handmade soaps, tea , cards and all other kinds of local products. It is such a great spot where you shop for an array of products and support local artists after getting your belly full. A must stop when we visit Chehalis.

The best Mac and cheese I've ever had !The salmon chowder is absolutely to DIE for.Great location and fantastic atmosphere.Best smoked salmon I've ever had hands down. Super moist and salty and sweet. Pulled pork Mac and cheese was so creamy and smokey. A must see if ur coming thru chehalis. 5 ⭐ all the way from our food to our service. Excellent owners. Very great addition to downtown Chehalis.

Took a friend here for a post-trail birthday lunch. Happy to say it absolutely lived up to the hype. Still thinking about the smoked salmon panini days later. The dining area is spacious and bright and the staff was attentive and friendly.

The setting was beautiful, the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. This was my first time here and I am kicking myself for not trying it sooner. The market is full of different snacks, spices, marinades, cheeses, meats and crafts. It would be a shame to miss out on this experience so bring your friends, bring your family, this is a great little shop/food establishment in the heart of Chehalis.

Honestly amazed at how great my experience here was! I am not a seafood eater typically. But I absolutely loved everything I tried! The salmon chowder is top notch, the pulled pork is fabulous and their salmon and tuna panini is delectable. Since I left the establishment yesterday I’ve told everyone I know who hasn’t tried it yet that they absolutely need to and this will definitely be my new go to spot for a delicious meal. Oh and don’t miss out on the peanut butter pie! Truly the best I’ve ever had! The staff and the chef are so kind. The chef makes sure to come out and talk with guests and make sure their food is wonderful. 10/10 experience!

My first time ever leaving a food review so you know it’s worth it! Everyone needs to know about the NW Salmon Smokehouse. Laid back and easy vibe inside restaurant. I was seated right away. After pondering through the menu, I decided to go with the “Most Epic Baker”. But do yourself a favor and start with a cup of chowder first, best chowder I’ve had in the NW in years, actually order a bowl because you’ll want more. Back to the “Most Epic Baker,” be prepared for a feast. It was like a 5-course meal all on one plate. Huge baked potato cooked perfectly, layered with a special white sauce, then the Mac-n-cheese, then the pulled pork, then more cheese, then more meat(Kielbasa), then more cheese and topped with butter and sour cream. I didn’t know if I would finish but I couldn’t stop eating. Dollar for dollar, the value was extremely worth it for how much food you get! I’ll definitely be coming back next month when I’m in town to try again. Thank you NW Salmon Smokehouse for the best meal I’ve had in quite awhile!

Oh my gosh!!! I'm writing this review as I'm still sitting here!!We stopped in for lunch today as a break from our long drive. This place is so good!!We got the smoked salmon chowder (best we've had), smoked salmon panini and smoked salmon mac & cheese, all were FANTASTIC.The owners and service are so friendly and make everything fresh every day.We'll be back!

Adorable place in a cute town on my way back from Seattle to Portland. Large portions made fresh and really warm atmosphere. They also have a market with honey, granola, gifts, and homemade items. Will definitely stop there again.

We had an amazing experience here. I wanted a baked potato bar for my birthday party. We basically ordered the epic baked potato for 10 and picked it up to go. Everything was delicious! It came with lots of pulled pork. The house made sauces were amazing. Cost was very reasonable! Excellent service, texted me for questions on preferences. If you’re looking for food for a party, these guys will hook you up!

We loved this place! The Salmon chowder is a MUST!! And don’t forget the mac ‘n cheese -with smoked salmon! Seriously good! I’m from New England and grew up having authentic chowder-this is amazing! Relaxing, laid back atmosphere, and the indoor artisan market are a great plus as well! I picked up some artisan chocolate on the way out! Go Eat Here! You won’t regret it! 😊👍

Seriously so good!!! We came two days in a row because I couldn’t stop thinking about the smoked brisket Mac and cheese. All meat and cheese is smoked right out back and cheese sauce is made fresh every morning. Couldn’t recommend more, do yourself a favor and get yourself this special 🤤

I stopped in randomly when my eight year old son said, “Let’s eat there!” I’m glad we did. The salmon chowder was so good! I had the tuna melt and my sons had pulled pork Mac-n-cheese and a pulled pork sandwich. We were not disappointed. The owners seem to take a lot pride in the quality of their food. They made sure to check on each costumer. This is my new favorite place and can’t wait to bring my wife on a date here.

First time in and won't be the last!! Amazing food! We had the brisket paninni, smoked salmon chowder, smoked salmon mac and cheese and they were all delightful. Also had the oatmilk latte with honey and peppermint mocha, both amazing! The artisan market was fully stocked with great stuff and the staff was awesome! ALSO, they have QR pay which is just the cherry on top. This is a must stop!

This place is huge, warm, smells great, has awesome lighting, and the music is on point. There are many things to shop for while you get an amazing meal. I’ve had several different meals and it’s evident the chef cares about what he makes because it is constantly delicious. I bought the big portions of the brisket Mac n cheese because I want the leftovers. They now have beer too and hopefully soon they’ll have N/A Beers too. I can’t recommend this place enough.

We went here on a Saturday after a hike and the food, service, and market were all excellent! I had the salmon sandwich with salmon chowder on the side and a kombucha. All were delicious and they had lots of other treats and crafts at the market. Definitely worth a visit!

We stopped in for lunch for the first time today. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff friendly. We ordered the smoked salmon bagel and the smoked salmon pannini sandwich. The food was tasty. Perhaps just a little more flavor would be good. Overall, we were very pleased and look forward to coming back.

Either I only go here when it’s not busy, or this place is waaaaay underrated!! A touch pricey (what do you expect, it’s salmon) BUT they do have affordable meal options that are hearty and so delicious. Frankly best salad I’ve had at any restaurant. Such a great addition to downtown Chehalis!!

The food is incredible! If you want authentic this is the place. The chowder is unbelievable. I wanted to take the cook home. I tried everything on the menu just about plus took home some smoked salmon and some smoked salmon dip and it didn't even make to my fridge. Out if this world.
