Their Smoked Mac and Cheese is definitely the best Mac and Cheese I’ve ever had! Love it, come in a lunch size and a dinner size.

Absolutely incredible food and artisan products of which the seasoning salts are my favorite! Tuscan, Rosemary/Sage, Lemon/Thyme, who knew so much flavor was available?!

My wife and I came here for lunch. The food was served fast, with good portions, in a cool location. There were also lots of other little items in the restaurant.

This restaurant is amazing! Frank & Danielle are the sweetest, most genuine couple. Their food is soooo yummy! Absolutely love their salmon chowder, Mac & cheese with pulled pork and their paninis. They smoke all their own meats & cheeses in house. Definitely must try and then go back every week!

Everything. All of it. Chowder, brisket, bakers, Mac and Cheese, Nachos, sandwiches. I haven't tried anything on the menu that wasn't out of this world. Oh and the Carrot Cake is #1 of all time. The service is top notch as well. You're never left hanging around waiting for a refill either.My only complaint would be having to decide what I'm going to order. Sometimes I order a few items and take the rest home for later.

The food was absolutely amazing! I got the salmon panini. I tried my Bf’s pulled pork sandwich and it blew my taste buds away!

Stopped in for the first time and ordered the Pulled Pork sandwich, a cup of chili and a Pepsi. I am telling you it was absolutely delicious and filling. Not only was the food great but the staff were super nice, I will definitely eat there again. My mouth is watering just thinking about the food. Totally worth every penny I spent.

The food portions were big, the flavors were unique and the artisan market brought a variety of PNW flair. A family of four was able to eat more than enough from two entrees. Service was a little slow at first, but they were busy. The staff was doing great, maintaining a positive attitude during what seemed like an early lunch rush.

This place is a must visit!!! Amazing Artisan dishes, great service and relaxed atmosphere. As an added bonus, they have awesome gluten free options!!!

Tuna panini is so delicious, my absolute favorite! Can only eat half, and the other half is just as good when eaten later. (No sogginess here) 😉The Mac-n- cheese is also so amazing! Has a really good smoke flavor, perfectly balanced to perfection.Everything that I have tried has been consistently delicious each visit.I absolutely love the atmosphere here!

The chowder really is incredible, the baked potatoes are huge and all the portions are massive really giving you a bang for your buck so to speak, I personally love the fish lover panini!

HOLY SMOKES. It took me a little while to dine here the first time given the name and that I don't care for any seafood... Now Frank and Dainelle can't get rid of me. EVERYTHING is outstanding. The service is never less than friendly and efficient. Perfect lunch spot.Though there are many hearty options like footlong hotdogs, pulled pork or brisket loaded baked potatoes, mac and cheese, nachos, and chili in THE BEST bread bowls, there ARE lighter options that stand on their own like salads and a made from scratch salmon chowder. While their grilled chicken is a great seafood substitute this summer I've been living on the Westport tuna salad and have them throw on some pulled pork in place of the tuna. Epic. They're always willing to accommodate.The portions are huge, big bang for your buck.As I mentioned, I don't care for seafood, but have personally overheard the following compliments to the chef:"I have had chowder all across the US and I can tell you, without competition, this is hands down the best chowder I have EVER had." And "I live for a well done tuna melt and pride myself on making one of the best and this tuna melt has mine beat."OH!! And don't forget the sweet treats! You might miss them if you don't go up to the register. Big fat cookies and sometimes peanut butter fudge I can't stop thinking about.Some people think the best local carrot cake comes from Centralia and I say, those people haven't had the carrot cake at the smokehouse!! Life changing. To die for. Need it.Man I should start taking photos of food for yall.Go. Just go. Go often. Try it all. Extra stars for Danielle and flamingo Fridays.

Absolutely love this place! The Mac N Cheese with pulled pork is my go to every time. They also have a variety of vendors that bring in their handmade goodies. Soaps, signs, native American dream catchers, teas etc. It's always fun to walk off a really filling meal and see what's new!

These guys make some of the best smoked salmon I’ve had! Go for the Brown Sugar Salmon! Great people and a great local business!

This is my new favorite restaurant. Everything from the salads to the salmon chowder to the mac-n-cheese is AMAZING. Staff and owner are super friendly. Also, it's a great place to buy gifts as they feature unique crafts from local artists. Definitely going back as there is more from the menu I want to try.

Wow this place is amazing! My wife got the brisket baked potato and I got the salmon bagel. Phenomenal flavor and pretty decent coffee!

I tried the Smoked Brisket Baker. It was a giant baked potato with smoked cheese and melt in your mouth brisket. The topper was the owners are awesome and took great care of us. We came all the way from the San Francisco Bay Area just to check it out. I was not disappointed. I sampled the kids mac and cheese and added brisket 😋, I may get the adult mac and cheese next time or the chili potato. Afterwards we did a little shopping in the Artisan Market and took home some local Washington goodies.5 Stars from me!

Incredible salmon, chowder, fish lovers spinni is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. great service, and if you're in downtown, this is a must see
