What an amazing place with amazing food.
This place made the best mac n cheese I've ever had, I added the pulled pork to mine. Thankyou for the awesome experience and friendly energy! I will be back! Big shout out to Frank for taking good care of me. You rock! See you again soon!

Excellent food and service. I'm glad to find this hidden gem in Centralia and will definitely visit it again.

We stopped by Centralia for lunch on the way to Portland. It's a beautiful historical little town. The restaurant has that old dinner kind of charm, with dining area at one side and local products are the other side.

We ordered pulled pork sandwich, fish sandwich and smoke salmon chowder. The food is surprisingly good.

Pulled pork is very tender, moisture and balanced flavor. We had lots of pulled pork before and this definitely rated one of the best ones. We asked the staff if it's dry rub or wet marinated. He explained to us in detail that how they dry rub and smoke the meat for 6 hours, then put it in the beef broth for four hours, then slow cook it until it's very tender. The whole process takes more than 12 hours. From the way he described it. You can tell he's very passionate about what he's doing. That's very impressive.

The fish sandwich is delicious and well executed. Lots of tuna, smoke salmon, well seasoned and balanced. Panini bread is grilled crispynamd provided isolation of moisture. Not soggy at all all the way to the end. Very satisfying fish to bread ratio. They definitely put thoughts into this dish.

Smoke salmon chowder is good comfort food. Big chunky smoke salmon and potatoes in the thick chowder. Flavor is well balanced. You can taste a little sweetness combined with salty smoke salmon. Quite satisfying in cold rainy day.

I took their recommendation of carrot cake, which I quite, "ranked second in the county". It does not disappoint. The texture is excellent, very moisture, dense and not falling apart. Right amount of sweetness. It does not use sugar icing. Instead it used cream with a little yogurt taste, which balance out the sweetness and dense texture of the cake itself. Excellent execution.

I will definitely visit them again, to try their brisket.

This place does not miss. Frank’s Platter is unreal — I’m still thinking about the brisket (easily the best brisket ever). The mac n cheese is dangerously good and absolutely not meant to be shared. Great food, great vibes, and the market inside is adorable. Will be back hungry and with zero self-control 🫡

Danielle and Frank have opened up an amazing little restaurant here. I first went several weeks ago and tried the chowder and the Mac and cheese, and knew I'd be back. Their smoked salmon is great, but then I tried the pulled pork and knew this was my new weekly spot. Its hard to pick which I'll get each week! Sometimes I have to go twice so I can have more than one option. Add some mac'n'cheese to the pulled pork potato for a real treat! Service is also always great, Danielle really went out of her way to get to know my preferences and even when I forgot to ask for no onions she always remembers. Don't miss out on this new gem in downtown chehalis!

I don’t even have to bother writing about each thing we ate — everything was absolutely amazing. Northwest Salmon Smokehouse has such an eclectic ambiance. Knowing it was once a women’s clothing store, I could almost picture the mannequins that once stood all around me. The space feels nostalgic yet fresh at the same time.

We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who handcrafts most of what you see there with his own two hands — you can truly taste the care and craftsmanship. Local smoked wild salmon, fresh clam chowder, tender brisket and pulled pork A must-try spot in this charming old-fashioned little town existing in a modern world.

What a great place. The owners are wonderful people and the food was outstanding. It is also a unique and inviting artisan shop. Just a great place to spend an evening with family.

Excellent restaurant! Im celiac and always looking for safe places to eat. The servers are knowledgeable and the staff went out of their way to serve me gluten free. Try their awesome bakers, Super! The Smoked Salmon, Tuna, Brisket, and Pulled Pork is all GF too. And today they had GF Peanut Butter Pie! The Chili is GF and delicious! Definitely a place to visit if you are or aren’t GF! I will eat here again!!!

The only restaurant around that I will never get tired of. Everything on the menu is AMAZING! My go to is the Epic Baker. The owners are awesome and always make sure you're well taken care of. Great coffee, a cold case of smoked fish/cheeses, and they have to die for deserts. Can't wait to come back to try the sampler platter! Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Excellent food, excellent service, while also offering a wide variety of snacks, and other products made by small business owners. We need more places like this.

My wife and I came here for lunch. The food was served fast, with good portions, and it was one of the best hotdogs I've had (the foot-long). The restaurant is in a cool location downtown. There were also lots of other little items in the restaurant.

Frank was kind enough to offer me a sample of his staple chowder and let me tell you what, ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! not to mention frank is extremely approachable /very community focused! Don’t walk RUN to go get yourself a helping! Some of the best salmon chowder to keep you hummin’ on a long day!

Holy Smokes this place was good! That chowder packs a punch! And the Kielbasa knocked my gal darn socks off. I'm sitting here drooling just thinking about it. Great service, awesome shop, worth every penny.

I visited here for lunch for the first time meeting with friends who frequent this place regularly. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the owner who made feel appreciated for coming in and shared with me food choices, how they prepare all of their food from scratch. I had the homemade clam chowder and smoked salmon salad. My friends had the tuna melt and bbq brisket baked potato. The food was incredibly fresh, delicious, and everyone had a wonderful meal. The owner, who also cooks and serves food, was attentive and very kind, warm, and welcoming. The restaurant is very open, bright, and clean. This place is a hidden gem. 5 stars all day and I rarely give reviews.

I got their amazing smoked salmon panini that came with whatever side they had to choose from and I got the side salad. Even the ranch on the salad was so good and unique. My husband and I shared the mac n cheese with added smoked brisket. Everything was just super good!!! Their customer service was wonderful to top it off! There’s also a cute little gift shop type area inside it. It is our new favorite place to eat!

Visited because we love bbq and we love salmon soooo....yeah it was perfect. Ordered pulled pork, generous portion, tender and delicious. My table mates, who are big eaters, ordered the Mac n cheese, one with salmon, one with pork...they walked away full and satisfied. Will definitely be coming back!

Friday is clam chowder day ..and holy smokes...it is THE BEST Clam chowder I have ever eaten. The Mac and cheese was devine! We will be back...*forever customers!! ❤️

Genuinely some of the best food we've had in a while. The food was well cooked and well seasoned. We both thought the smoked salmon chowder was the best we've had. We both felt at home and welcomed by the staff.

Just incredible food! Everyone in my family got a different dish and everyone loved it. The smoked meat was great, the potatoes were huge and delicious, the mac and cheese was on point and the hot dog was very filling. I feel like you definitely get a lot of food for the price. The restaurant is really nice and has a ton of cool artisan and local goods inside as well. Definitely recommend stopping by.

This place was great! Really fresh salad, really good ranch dressing, outstanding chowder, and smokey grilled cheese hit the spot. I'm so sad this place is two hours away from where I live.

Oh my holy goodness it was so good! I cant stop thinking about it. That plump juicy kielbasa, grilled to perfection, the crisp buttery bread, melted cheesiness, and fresh toppings. Just. So. Good.
