I love this restaurant because from the moment I stepped inside, I have never been disappointed. The food consistently exceeds expectations, easily deserving a rating of 1000/10. I highly recommend this place not only for its exceptional cuisine but also for the warm and attentive service.

I had the salmon quiche and seafood chowder. They were both delicious! Between the wonderful food and the souvenir area i recommend stopping by and checking it out.

We really loved this place and will look forward to going back. The food was delicous the Salmon Chowder is so good and filing. The smoke salmon is probably the best I've had in a while. A lovely place to sit and visit with family and friends and enjoy a great meal.

Blew us away. We were expecting a good meal based on reviews and we’re impressed even more. We live in Texas and the brisket was fantastic. The kielbasa was fantastic as well.

Excellent food and service. I'm glad to find this hidden gem in Centralia and will definitely visit it again. We stopped by Centralia for lunch on the way to Portland. It's a beautiful historical little town. The restaurant has that old dinner kind of charm, with dining area at one side and local products are the other side. We ordered pulled pork sandwich, fish sandwich and smoke salmon chowder. The food is surprisingly good. Pulled pork is very tender, moisture and balanced flavor. We had lots of pulled pork before and this definitely rated one of the best ones. We asked the staff if it's dry rub or wet marinated. He explained to us in detail that how they dry rub and smoke the meat for 6 hours, then put it in the beef broth for four hours, then slow cook it until it's very tender. The whole process takes more than 12 hours. From the way he described it. You can tell he's very passionate about what he's doing. That's very impressive. The fish sandwich is delicious and well executed. Lots of tuna, smoke salmon, well seasoned and balanced. Panini bread is grilled crispynamd provided isolation of moisture. Not soggy at all all the way to the end. Very satisfying fish to bread ratio. They definitely put thoughts into this dish. Smoke salmon chowder is good comfort food. Big chunky smoke salmon and potatoes in the thick chowder. Flavor is well balanced. You can taste a little sweetness combined with salty smoke salmon. Quite satisfying in cold rainy day. I took their recommendation of carrot cake, which I quite, "ranked second in the county". It does not disappoint. The texture is excellent, very moisture, dense and not falling apart. Right amount of sweetness. It does not use sugar icing. Instead it used cream with a little yogurt taste, which balance out the sweetness and dense texture of the cake itself. Excellent execution. I will definitely visit them again, to try their brisket.

The food was beyond delicious!! I ordered several different things, and all of them were amazing. The staff was also incredibly nice. I don't eat out a lot, but I would most definitely come back here.

Frank was kind enough to offer me a sample of his staple chowder and let me tell you what, ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! not to mention frank is extremely approachable /very community focused! Don’t walk RUN to go get yourself a helping! Some of the best salmon chowder to keep you hummin’ on a long day!

Oh my holy goodness it was so good! I cant stop thinking about it. That plump juicy kielbasa, grilled to perfection, the crisp buttery bread, melted cheesiness, and fresh toppings. Just. So. Good.

This is an unbelievable spot to get some unbelievable food. Not to mention that the owner will come around and personally review it and ensure that you're having a great experience. Five stars for sure. 10 if I could give it.

Food was great meat feel apart everything was cooked perfectly perfect friendly service felt like a home environment

The salmon chowder was to die for. I wish I had gotten more of that. The fish lover's panini was a bit heavy handed on the mayo and the tuna in it was nothing special. The smoked salmon was great though. They also must have run out of those nice looking pickle spears because I just got three slices of pickles.

We stopped by here for a late lunch on a whim while rockhounding in the area and WOW. Everyone in our group was extremely happy with their food. We tried both the clam and salmon chowders (incredible), a smoked brat and brisket panini. Our teenager liked the sandwich so much he ordered a second. It's been months and we've been craving it so much, I had to write a review. The owner and his staff were so friendly too. We will definitely be back!

My pulled pork sandwich was puny but my wife's brisket pannini was nice sized

My wife and I came here for lunch. The food was served fast, with good portions, and it was one of the best hotdogs I've had (the foot-long). The restaurant is in a cool location downtown. There were also lots of other little items in the restaurant.

Got the epic spud! It was delicious and weighed like 4lbs!

We were driving through from Oregon and stopped here looking for something to eat—and what a great find! We ordered the baked potato with brisket and smoked salmon, and it was absolutely delicious! 🤤 The house potato dressing was AMAZING, and the baked potato was a great size. We were so stuffed that we couldn’t even finish the carrot cake 🍰, which seemed to be a favorite among everyone in the restaurant! The homemade white chocolate macadamia cookies were SO good! 🍪 Definitely worth stopping by if you’re passing through! 👍

We got the charcuterie board, smoked salmon panini, smoked salmon mac n cheese, and brisket bake potato. The portions are big and the ingredients taste fresh. They have a store of yummy snacks and local honey. We will definitely be stopping through on our trips. I’m adding pics but we did start eating before I took them 😂

This place has lots of great treats and dishes for you to enjoy. We got the special sampler platter which had plenty of brisket, pulled pork, sausages, pickles, toast, and more to enjoy. Each part is full of lot of flavor and dedication. Perfect for a group of 3-4. The tuna and salmon sandwich is also very delicious, and has a nice deep smokiness to it. And we had the chocolate cake and carrot cake for dessert which were amazing. Each one were so soft and had lots of wonderful flavor in them, and a perfect way to end the meal. Our servers were very considerate and very informative about the food, and treated us with lots of kindness and sincerity. There is also a great shop built into the store so make sure to check it out!

Exceptional service and food. My husband and I especially enjoyed the warm welcome. The salmon chowder was award winning and the burnt ends brisket stuffed in a pretzel bun was out of this world. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in Chehalis area.
